Absolutely, we welcome players of all skill levels. If you are just starting out we will pair you up with a mentor who will provide you the appropriate guidance to get you going.
We welcome J1ers and visitors from Ireland who want to play with our club and take part in our community. However, we do not guarantee jobs, provide free housing, or travel expenses for players looking to come over for a short stint.
We have some kind of play going on year round, however the bulk of our season is played between April and August, beginning with new player clinics and practices in March and April. Check out our hurling league, football league, and our traveling club teams.
Spring Training(March – April) – New player clinics, and spring practices.
Summer Hurling League (May – July) – Local Co-ed hurling pub leagues and practices.
Summer Irish Football League (June – August) – Local co-ed football pub leagues and practices.
Summer Championships Preparation (July – Aug) – Team training and scrimmaging in preparation for the National Championships.
Fall Scrimmages (Sept – Oct) – Once a week scrimmages
Winter League (Dec – Feb) – Once a week scrimmages at a local indoor facility.

For all sports the first thing you need is some proper footwear. All weather soccer cleats tend to work best for all sports, but Lacrosse, and American Football cleats can work as well. Avoid cleats with metal studs.
For Hurling and Camogie you will need a hurl, a helmet with a facemask, and a sliothar. When you start out we will have some extras to loan, out and some equipment available for purchase. We will typically make a group purchase early in the season to get better pricing for everyone. If you are interested in purchasing your own equipment you can buy online and have equipment shipped to you O’Neills, Mycro, and Marc are some of the most trusted gaelic brands.
It varies depending on the sports you play and the level you play, and how much you travel.
For our adult teams we have a minimum age of 16 to play. Younger players can join our youth program. Our maximum age is young in spirit.
